Novgrod 2.0
You don't know me, but you will.
...The name is Novgrod.
Ok, maybe not; I try and keep my name away from the google robot if I can.
What my legal name is has Nothing to do with what Novgrod is. This corner of the web is my creative outlet. More than just a static webpage, I'd prefer to call it public art. And along with public art, naturally comes opinions. Here you can read what I think about the world we live in. Now, you'll notice that it's not trendy around here. That is on purpose! Few things are as ugly as the fad. So no links to popular blogging/social sites, no ads, no tracking mechanisms et cetera. Novgrod is a Zen site. That is, Novgrod exists only to exist. I want it to be a beautiful, authentic webspace.
That being said, all content I put up on novgrod is original work by myself, but it is available for free for your use. That is right. I am an artist and my work is licensed under the creative commons. Feel free to browse, download and create in turn. More details as well as the legal shiz are available in the "about" section.
Chronology
12-28-06: Wow... it has been a really long time since I worked on Novgrod. Well, I've essentially been distracted since July. What can I say... when you find a woman you love, ya certianly don't want to spend time coding HTML! But I will be working on the site more now, since school is done. More poems soon, more art soon, links fixed... etc.
7-02-06: Some more tweaking has been done, and it looks like I'll get the art department done this weekend... That and it looks like I'll get ShopGrod up soon as well! So check back after the 4th!
6-26-06: The new Nov is up! Have patience, as it'll take me a few days to get this thing 100% going. In the meantime, enjoy!
5-25-06: What happened to the maroon borders? Oh wait... that remodel I was telling you about! Hang in there, gang...
5-24-06: I'm working on a little update for Nov... completely changing the layout and using proper CSS. So in the meantime, some things may look odd (think the bloggrod icon), and shiz will be moved from here to there et cetera. So, I've added a temp sitemap below until I'm finished with the renovation. Remember, when it's all done, there'll be no more tables! (hurrah!)
5-10-06: Some exciting news for all you fans of Novgrod... Three things happening soon, two of them big. Check out the details in the newly re-named journal. I'm now calling it Bloggrod. Get it? Blog+Novgrod=
Yeah, maybe not. We'll see how I like it.
5-7-06: Oh yeah. After a delay of too long, I have added more art to the gallery! And some fancy Java! Check it out, y'all.
